How I handle your information, in plain English.

This website

The questionnaire on Start Here asks for your contact details and information about what you’d like help with. Tally hosts the form and stores submitted answers. Tally uses Sentry, an error-reporting service, which may receive technical details about your browser if the form runs into a problem. Notifications reach me through Zoho Mail. I use your answers to review your inquiry, prepare your plan and reply to you. If you name a referrer, I use that information to verify the referral and arrange any referral payment. I don’t sell your information. If we don’t end up working together, I delete your questionnaire answers from the form after six months. I keep notification emails as business records.

The form saves unfinished answers in your browser so you can return later using the same browser. On a shared computer, clear the saved answers when you’re finished. Browser privacy settings may prevent this feature from working.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare and Tally process technical information needed to run their services, and Tally provides aggregate statistics about form visits and use.

No advertising trackers. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn’t sent to me.

For questions about your information, or to request access, a correction or deletion, email jason@doomproofai.com.

If we work together

  • What I deliver is yours. Once your project is paid in full, the files, instructions, and notes delivered as part of your setup belong to you. I may reuse my general methods and templates in other work, always with your information removed.
  • I never ask for your passwords, and I never sign in to your accounts or take control of your computer.
  • What you share stays private. I use it only for your project and don’t sell it. To do the work, I use services that handle your information: Tally, Zoho Mail, file storage and backups, and AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT. I don’t share it for unrelated purposes. Before putting your material into an AI tool, I check that model training is turned off for the account I’m using. I don’t submit conversations containing your material as feedback.
  • After your project, I keep the documents you sent and my notes from our conversations for 30 days after your support window ends, in case you need more help. Then I delete them, including from my AI conversations and projects. I keep one copy of what I delivered, as my record of the work, and our business records: your plan, the terms, invoices and emails. Copies in email and in my automatic backups stay where they are, and the services I use delete their own copies on their own schedule. Everything I keep stays private.
  • Some things never go into an AI system: passwords, account numbers, ID numbers and private details about other people. Please don’t send them to me either.

Every plan comes with my full terms of service, also in plain English.
