I’ve designed and directed AI systems for persistent memory, large-scale data processing, workflow automation, and controlled agent workspaces.

I set the architecture and operating rules, direct implementation, and verify the results. I designed the systems and directed a team of AI agents that carried out much of the coding.

  • Defined roles and handoffs, with one agent reviewing another’s work before it goes live.
  • Layered rules, custom commands and automatic safety checks that limit what agents can do.
  • Change control: changes saved, versioned and pushed, with automated checks on each push and database changes held for my approval.

Automation and data processing

  • More than 20 automation workflows, many rebuilt through several major versions, with job queues, automatic retries and a central error handler.
  • More than 4.5 million data points extracted and structured, and more than 160,000 records processed with AI.
  • Verification: the AI’s output is audited, so mistakes can be caught before they spread.

Cost under control

  • The AI processing pipelines I’ve designed have handled billions of tokens of AI work, using batching and caching to keep costs low.
  • Spend forecast before a run, models chosen on evidence, and unexpected spend investigated until the cause is found.
